How to book

To book a place for your child contact your chosen Out of School Club. The Out of School Club staff will give you the information you need and a booking registration form.

Before booking your first slot for your child we offer a free session to allow your child to get familiar with us, and for us to get to know your child.

You can find your nearest Out of School Club, on the Find a club page.

You may be asked to complete additional paperwork, such as a Care Plan or medication permissions. Each child is different, so we tailor the information we require to their individual needs.

Invoices are sent out shortly after the last Friday of the month and after the service has been provided. They are usually emailed to the bill payer but can be requested as a paper copy if preferred. Invoices should be paid within 21 days.

You can pay an invoice in the following ways:

Pay your invoice online by selecting ‘Income Recovery Invoices’ from the list of bill types. You will be asked to enter your payment reference number from your invoice and your card details.

You can pay your bill over the phone, using a debit or credit card by calling 03451 55 00 55.  Please make sure you have your debit / credit card details and payment reference number which you will find on the invoice. This service is available 24 hours a day.
