Oakley Out of School Club

Oakley OOSC is located within the community lounge of the Oakley School Campus. We provide a safe and engaging environment for children and young people, where they can develop, learn, and most importantly have fun.

Our facilities include access to the dining hall, gym hall, school playground, and park. We regularly visit the Oakley Park and the surrounding woods for activities such as hide-and-seek and den-building. This includes the use of the wooded garden area and football field within the school playground. The school campus also has a community library which the children like to visit and select books to have at the club.

At Oakley OOSC, children lead their own experience. They plan their own snacks and activities, encouraging autonomy and decision-making. We offer a healthy selection of snacks and provide a variety of fun and engaging activities. These include loose parts play, construction toys, quiet spaces, tabletop games, arts and crafts, and more.

We operate as a term-time club, with holiday childcare available upon request to support families during school breaks. The holiday club is based at Oakley.
