Late or Unpaid Fees
If payment has not been received within 21 days of the invoice date, a reminder will be issued.
A final reminder will be sent 7 days later if the balance remains outstanding.
If payment is still not received, childcare provision will be suspended until the outstanding amount has been paid.
During this time, your childcare place may be given to another family.
Problems paying
If you are experiencing financial difficulty or are unable to pay your invoice, contact the team immediately.
We may be able to arrange a suitable payment plan.
