As a council service, we are committed to delivering high-quality services to all our children and families. While we strive to consistently meet these standards, we actively seek feedback to facilitate necessary improvements and enhancements.

We always try to resolve issues at a local level.  Making contact with the Childcare Manager for your child's out of school clubs is the quickest and easiest way to do this.  For a full list of services, and the Childcare Manager responsible for them, please visit Find a Service.
