Attendance and Bookings

During term time, your child or young person’s regular attendance pattern will continue on a rolling weekly basis until you let us know of any permanent changes or wish to end the arrangement.

Before school holidays or in-service days, we will send out booking forms so that you can select the days and sessions you require during these periods.

Ad hoc bookings

If you would like to book additional sessions on an ad hoc basis, we will be happy to arrange this where spaces are available.

Please contact your out of school club directly to discuss availability.

If you need to use the out of school club on an occasional ad hoc basis, for example due to shift work, we will always do our best to accommodate your request.

However, as places depend on availability, we are unable to guarantee a space, particularly where there is no regular pattern of attendance.

Changes to your child or young person’s attendance

To support us in ensuring we have sufficient staff in place, and that we can provide a cost-effective service, we require 14 days written notice to make any permanent changes to your childcare sessions.

This should be made directly to your child or young persons out of school club.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make temporary or ad hoc changes to your sessions.

Termination of this agreement

If you wish to terminate your child or young person's space within the out of school club, we require a minimum of two weeks written notice.

This should be provided directly to your child or young persons out of school club.
