Safe Collection

If someone other than the usual authorised adult will be collecting your child, please let the club know in advance wherever possible.

To help us ensure your child is collected safely, we will ask for the person’s name, contact details, and the agreed password before your child is released into their care.

This is an important safeguarding measure and helps us confirm that children are collected only by authorised adults.

If there are any changes to collection arrangements at short notice, please contact the club as soon as possible.
