Canmore Out of School Club

Canmore Out of School Club operates in Canmore Primary School which is located within an expanding residential development on the outskirts of Dunfermline town. There are parks, shops, and woods within walking distance of the premises. The club has use of an open plan classroom area, gym/assembly hall and library. The enclosed outdoor areas include playground and trim trail with large field..

On a typical day children enjoy free flow access to a wide range of resources and engage in activities let by their own interests, including chill time, messy play, arts and crafts, team games, construction, den building, gardening, and board games. Children are also involved in the planning and preparation of healthy snacks, promoting teamwork and responsibility.

Our approach is child centred, and we stive to meet needs of the child, aiming to support their emotional, social and cognitive development. Our aim is to provide an environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to explore their interests.

Opening Hours and Fees

• Breakfast Club: 7.45 to 9.00am
• After School Club: 3.00 to 6.00pm
• Holiday Club: 7.30am to 6.00pm (During school holidays we operate from another nearby service)
