Late Collection

Fees are payable for all booked sessions, whether or not your child or young person attends.
This includes sessions missed due to illness, family holidays, or school organised trips.
Invoices are issued in arrears shortly after the final Friday of each month.
We kindly ask that payment is made within 21 days of the invoice date.
Late collection
We kindly ask that all children are collected by the end of their booked session.
Where a child is collected later than the agreed time, an additional charge will be added to your childcare invoice as detailed above.
